Covid-19 Information.

Do you use PPE?

Yes. A face mask will be worn when attending a property to conduct a shoot and all equipment will have been sanitised.

Is PPE required by the property owner?

This is up to the individual property owner and what they choose to do within their property. Strict social distancing will be maintained by the person conducting the scan at all times.

How many people will be required?

Just the one person.

Are pets a problem?

Pets are no problem, we just ask that they are either kept outside or in a single room while the photo shoot and scan is happening. This is both to reduce any contact when inside the house and also keep the photography clean.

What set up is required in the property prior to a visit?

All that is required from the property owner is to open all interior doors of the house to other rooms so that we can move around freely without touching any surfaces and turn on all the main light inside the property. It always helps to have the lights on even during the day to help the photos look their best.

We also ask that once we are inside the property that any occupants then keep to a single room or as few rooms as possible while the scan is happening. Even better if you can wait outside or go for a walk. This is both to maintain social distancing but also keep the photography clear of any people.

Other than that all you need to do is make sure your home is ready for the photo shoot and is looking its very best.

Do I require to touch anything or help in anyway?

Nope. Everything can be handled by us.

How long does a scan and photo shoot take?

This depends on property size and if it is occupied or empty but anywhere from 1.5 hours to 3.5 hours.

Is there a lot of equipment to bring into my home?

No. We only require a few small cameras and a tripod.
